Norwegian Cruise Lines Unify Loyalty Perks

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings has unveiled a new Loyalty Status Honoring Program, allowing passengers to enjoy matched loyalty benefits across its three brands—Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. The program takes effect for voyages departing October 15, 2025, and beyond.

Under the new system, guests who hold status with one brand will have that tier recognized at the closest equivalent level on the other two. For example, a Gold member in Norwegian’s Latitudes Rewards will be treated as a Gold member in Oceania Club or Regent’s Seven Seas Society when sailing with those brands. This ensures passengers receive consistent perks such as priority services, onboard discounts, and exclusive invitations, regardless of which cruise line they choose.

Harry Sommer, president and CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, said the program is designed to reward loyalty across the company’s portfolio. “We want our guests to feel recognized whenever they sail with us,” he explained. “This initiative lets them explore more of what makes each brand unique, while still enjoying the benefits they’ve earned.”

The move is seen as a strategic way to strengthen customer loyalty and encourage travelers to explore different cruise experiences within the company’s offerings. With Norwegian focused on contemporary cruising, Oceania highlighting culinary and destination immersion, and Regent delivering ultra-luxury voyages, the new program allows frequent cruisers to seamlessly transition between brands while retaining their hard-earned recognition.

This enhancement makes Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings one of the first major operators to extend loyalty benefits across multiple cruise brands.
