Virgin Voyages’ Brilliant Lady Debuts with Fresh Design and Flair

Virgin Voyages continues to redefine the cruise experience with the debut of Brilliant Lady, the newest ship in its adults-only fleet. Designed for 2,762 guests, Brilliant Lady joins Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, and Resilient Lady, bringing the line’s signature inclusive, come-as-you-are vibe to life.

According to Richard Kilman, Virgin Voyages’ vice president of entertainment, the ship embodies a sense of belonging. “When you’re on the ship, it’s like you’re in a bubble — the way the world could be: everyone feeling welcome and safe,” he said.

The ship offers a range of accommodations, from cozy inside cabins to lavish Mega RockStar suites. A new stateroom option — the modified Sea Terrace — features a smaller balcony that allows the vessel to transit the Panama Canal, a first for Virgin Voyages.

Dining remains a highlight, with more than 20 included restaurants and no traditional buffets or main dining rooms. A new venue, Rojo by Razzle Dazzle, serves Spanish-inspired tapas such as oxtail montadito and grilled octopus.

Public spaces like The Red Room theater, The Manor nightclub, and The Arcade retain Virgin’s playful aesthetic. The Roundabout atrium has been redesigned with open lounge seating and a large screen for events, while The Athletic Club on Deck 16 now offers panoramic views ideal for the ship’s upcoming Alaska itineraries.

With bold design, innovative dining, and a welcoming spirit, Brilliant Lady showcases why Virgin Voyages continues to stand out in modern cruising.
