Silversea Unveils Record 414 Global Cruises for 2027–2028

Silversea Cruises has announced its largest-ever collection of voyages, unveiling 414 new itineraries across all seven continents for the 2027–2028 season. Spanning from summer 2027 through winter 2027–2028, the program offers journeys lasting between six and 77 days aboard 12 ships. Bookings open on October 25, 2025.

The “Memories That Move You” collection features 271 classic sailings and 143 expedition voyages to more than 600 destinations in over 100 countries, including 30 maiden ports. The winter 2027–2028 schedule runs from February 2027 through May 2028, promising travelers exclusive access to world-renowned cultural events.

Silversea President Bert Hernandez described the program as “a new chapter of innovation in luxury travel,” highlighting curated access to major global festivals such as Rio de Janeiro’s Carnival, the Monaco Grand Prix, and Japan’s Awa Odori Festival.

The line’s two Nova Class ships, Silver Nova and Silver Ray, will sail 57 Mediterranean voyages, including 11 in the Caribbean and Central America. In Asia, Silver Muse will operate six combinable Japan itineraries that showcase the country’s cultural highlights, from Kyoto’s Gion Matsuri to Tokushima’s Awa Odori, with calls in Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Shimizu, Busan, Jeju, and Okinawa.

Silversea’s 143 expedition cruises will span Polynesia, the Philippines, Indonesia, the Galápagos, and Australia’s Kimberley region, alongside new routes in Japan and the Great Barrier Reef aboard Silver Cloud. Arctic and Greenland voyages aboard Silver Wind and Silver Endeavour will reach up to 80° North, offering opportunities to witness the Northern Lights, the Midnight Sun, and Arctic wildlife. The line will also operate 43 Antarctic expeditions, including 32 fly-cruise options.

Three new Grand Voyages headline the season: the 60-day Grand Voyage 2027 aboard Silver Dawn through the Mediterranean and Adriatic; the 51-day Grand Voyage Asia 2028 aboard Silver Muse, featuring 28 destinations across seven countries and 10 overnight stays; and the 77-day Grand Voyage South America 2028 aboard Silver Ray, visiting 40 ports with overnights in Lima, Valparaíso, Ushuaia, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, and Manaus.
