Four Seasons Yachts Launches Michelin Chef-in-Residence Program
Four Seasons Yachts has announced the debut of its new Chef-in-Residence Program, set to launch aboard Four Seasons I in 2026. The program will feature a rotating lineup of Michelin-starred chefs from Four Seasons restaurants around the world, joining Executive Chef Armando Ferman Toledo and Chef de Cuisine Gerardo Acunzo to redefine luxury dining at sea.
“Culinary excellence has always been a defining pillar of the Four Seasons experience, and with the launch of Four Seasons Yachts, we are extending that legacy to new horizons,” said Ben Trodd, CEO of Four Seasons Yachts. “Bringing internationally acclaimed Four Seasons chefs together with our own extraordinary culinary leaders creates an offering without parallel at sea.”
At Sedna, the yacht’s main restaurant, visiting chefs will bring their regional flair and creative artistry to each voyage, transforming every sailing into a new expression of global cuisine. The program’s first seven Four Seasons I itineraries will showcase chefs from some of the brand’s most celebrated restaurants, each curating exclusive menus inspired by their home kitchens.
The inaugural lineup includes:
- Chef Luca Piscazzi, Pelagos, Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens – earned Pelagos its first Michelin star within six months, known for refined Mediterranean-inspired dishes.
- Chef Guillaume Galliot, Caprice, Four Seasons Hong Kong – helms the three-Michelin-starred Caprice, blending French sophistication with international influences.
- Chef Yoric Tièche, Le Cap, Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat – crafts Provençal and Mediterranean dishes rooted in Riviera tradition.
- Chef Paolo Lavezzini, Il Palagio, Four Seasons Hotel Firenze – showcases Italian cuisine celebrating seasonality, simplicity, and authenticity.
Future Chef-in-Residence participants will be announced ahead of the Four Seasons I inaugural season, as the brand continues to elevate ocean travel through world-class gastronomy and innovative dining experiences.
