CEO Luis Maroto said Amadeus achieved “revenue growth acceleration and margin expansion” while continuing to strengthen its market position through innovation and AI integration. The company invested over €1 billion in R&D year to date, a 10% increase from 2024, with roughly half directed toward new product development and enhancements.
Maroto highlighted more than 500 identified use cases for agentic AI within Amadeus and said the company expects AI to reshape—but not replace—travel distribution. He noted that complex content aggregation, dynamic pricing, and offer management will continue to require established intermediaries, even as AI platforms evolve.
Amadeus reaffirmed its 2025 outlook, citing strong performance, continued innovation, and expanding AI-driven capabilities across travel technology.
