Former Adria Airways Executives Pay $523K Into Bankruptcy Estate

Two former Adria Airways (Ljubljana) executives, Arno Schuster and Holger Kowarsch, have paid EUR 450,000 (USD 523,500) into the airline’s bankruptcy estate as part of a previously reached court settlement.

The funds will be used to settle claims owed to former employees, helping accelerate the conclusion of bankruptcy proceedings that have been ongoing since the carrier collapsed in 2019. The original compensation lawsuit sought EUR 78 million (USD 90.7 million).
