UAE’s Alex Jet Gains AOC, Adds Global 7500 and Plans New FBO

Alex Jet Aviation Services, operating as Alexjet Aircraft & Requisites Leasing L.L.C. under Alex Group Investment, has secured air operator’s certificate (AOC) #UAE-AOC-AT-066 from the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) with a Global Express XRS. At the same time, the group’s charter arm, Falcon Luxe, has added its first Global 7500, while sister company Falcon Executive Aviation announced plans to build a new fixed-base operation (FBO) at Ras Al Khaimah International Airport.
Revealed at the 2025 Dubai Airshow, the new AOC—pursued since late 2024—enables Falcon Luxe to commercially operate UAE-registered aircraft in-house. Certification was achieved with a 17.4-year-old, 10-seat Global Express XRS, A6-AFC (msn 9306), which previously flew under Falcon Aviation Services’ AOC.
Alex Group Investment expects six more aircraft to join by early 2026, targeting a fleet of 15 by year-end. Alongside the Global Express XRS, Falcon Luxe lists additional aircraft on its website, including two Global Express jets, a Legacy 650 and a G450 added in July, all operating under Falcon Aviation Services.
Falcon Luxe has also added a 6.5-year-old Global 7500, T7-AFZ (msn 70030), showcased at Dubai World Central. The jet, formerly owned by Nigeria’s Dangote Industries as N457AD, remained active until late 2024 before being offered for sale through Jetcraft Commercial. It now joins Falcon Luxe’s San Marino–registered fleet, which includes two Challenger 605s and two Global 5000s.
Separately, Falcon Executive Aviation announced a new FBO at Ras Al Khaimah International, scheduled to open in Q1 2027. The facility will include a 1,500-square-metre terminal, an 8,000-square-metre hangar and 9,000 square metres of apron and aircraft parking, developed in partnership with the airport.
