Duve Raises $60M to Accelerate Global AI Hospitality Expansion

Guest management platform Duve has secured $60 million in a Series B funding round, bringing its total funding to $85 million. The investment was led by Susquehanna Growth Equity with participation from existing backers including XT Venture Capital.
The company described the raise as a major milestone in its mission to deliver personalised, AI-powered guest experiences for hotels worldwide. As the hospitality sector undergoes rapid digital transformation, Duve says hotels are increasingly adopting unified guest journey platforms and automation that enhances—not replaces—human service.
The new capital will fuel global expansion, with Duve confirming plans to open offices in the U.K., Germany, Thailand and an additional Asian market to support its localised growth strategy. The funding will also advance Duve’s AI-driven infrastructure, enabling hotels to automate more processes, increase revenue and deliver richer, brand-consistent guest experiences through connected AI agents.
“Duve was built on a simple belief: Hotels shouldn’t have to choose between delivering personal hospitality and embracing technology,” said CEO and co-founder David Mezuman. “We help every hotel truly know its guests and deliver individualized stays at scale, while unlocking meaningful revenue opportunities.”
Duve previously acquired hotel tech company Easyway in early 2025 and raised $10 million in 2022, supporting its steady expansion in the hotel technology ecosystem.
