Caesars Palace Introduces New Presidential and Sky Villas in Las Vegas

Caesars Palace is marking its 60th anniversary with the debut of a new collection of ultra-luxury accommodations, unveiling two expansive Presidential Villas in the Colosseum Tower and 29 newly designed Sky Villas in the Octavius Tower. The additions reinforce the resort’s long-standing position as a benchmark for high-end hospitality on the Las Vegas Strip.
The two Presidential Villas in the Colosseum Tower offer similarly configured layouts with distinct design identities. One villa spans 8,060 square feet and features brushed gold accents paired with soft, ambient lighting, while the second, measuring 8,370 square feet, emphasizes bolder architectural lines and darker tonal elements. Both villas include private outdoor terraces of approximately 1,700 square feet, offering panoramic views of Las Vegas.
Designed for privacy and large-scale entertaining, the villas can be combined into a single residence and include a private elevator, floor-to-ceiling windows and a double-sided fireplace. Each villa features a primary bedroom measuring roughly 1,350 square feet, along with a formal dining room, an entertainment lounge and multiple luxury living spaces intended to accommodate extended stays or exclusive gatherings.
Complementing the Colosseum additions are the new Octavius Sky Villas, located on the 68th and 69th floors of the Octavius Tower. These villas introduce a contemporary aesthetic defined by clean architectural lines, a refined color palette and expansive views overlooking the city. Caesars said the Sky Villas are designed to balance modern luxury with a residential feel, catering to guests seeking elevated privacy without sacrificing proximity to the resort’s amenities.
The introduction of the Presidential and Sky Villas reflects a broader strategy to enhance Caesars Palace’s luxury offering at a time when demand for high-end accommodations continues to rise. The resort has increasingly focused on bespoke experiences, larger suites and design-forward spaces that appeal to premium leisure travelers, high-profile guests and VIP clientele.
Sean McBurney, chief commercial officer and regional president of Caesars Entertainment, said the new villas underscore the company’s commitment to redefining luxury standards on the Las Vegas Strip. He noted that the milestone anniversary provided an opportunity to introduce spaces that combine thoughtful design, scale and exclusivity.
As Caesars Palace celebrates six decades as one of Las Vegas’s most recognizable resorts, the launch of the Colosseum Presidential Villas and Octavius Sky Villas signals a continued investment in premium hospitality and a renewed focus on delivering distinctive, high-end guest experiences.
