RX, the organisers of the Passenger Experience Conference (PEC), have confirmed a record-breaking airline speaker lineup for the 2026 edition of the event, with representatives from more than 20 airlines taking part. The expanded roster includes senior leaders and specialists from United Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, Saudia and Fiji Airways, reflecting the growing global importance of passenger experience as a strategic priority for airlines.

Alongside airline speakers, the conference will bring together designers, technology providers and industry innovators from companies such as Panasonic Avionics, Tangerine, Teague and Caynova AG. The mix of airline, design and technology expertise is intended to encourage cross-sector dialogue around the future of air travel.

PEC 2026 will take place on Monday, 13 April 2026, at Hamburg Messe, the day before Aircraft Interiors Expo and World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo open. The one-day conference is designed to deliver insights into creating optimal end-to-end passenger experiences, covering topics from data-driven digital journeys and next-generation inflight entertainment and connectivity to personalised wellness, inclusive cabin design and strategies for more sustainable air travel.

Delegates will be able to choose from more than 30 sessions across three focused content streams: Digital First: Personal, Intelligent & Intuitive; Wellness, Comfort & Human-Centric Design; and Sustainability & the Eco-Conscious Traveller. Sessions will explore how airlines are building journeys that are more connected, inclusive and environmentally responsible, while responding to evolving passenger expectations.

Main stage highlights include a keynote panel titled The Great UXcape, featuring Akuila Batiweti of Fiji Airways, Rossen Dimitrov of Saudia and Steven Greenway of Flyadeal. The discussion will examine how airlines across different business models can redesign every passenger touchpoint through technology, personalisation and connectivity. Another featured presentation will come from Tero Taskila of Beond, who will outline how design, technology and craftsmanship are being combined to deliver a premium leisure travel experience.

New sessions and speakers continue to be added to the programme, with further announcements expected ahead of the event. The conference will conclude with an evening networking reception for PEC delegates, offering an informal setting for industry professionals to connect ahead of the main AIX and WTCE exhibitions.
