Scenic Group Unveils Scenic & Emerald Rewards

Scenic Group has launched a new global loyalty program, Scenic & Emerald Rewards, consolidating its previous Scenic Club and EmeraldEXPLORER programs into a single, streamlined platform.

The new initiative recognizes travel across both Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises, creating one unified account for guests. The program is free to join and is designed to simplify the rewards process while enhancing benefits for returning travelers.

Scenic & Emerald Rewards introduces a four-tier structure: Gold, Diamond, Emerald and Chairman’s Club. The revised framework replaces multiple legacy tiers with a clearer pathway for status progression. All existing members have been automatically transitioned into the new system, with status levels mapped to equivalent or higher tiers and points adjusted upward where applicable.

A key feature of the revamped program is MyRewards, which allows members to earn 1 percent of the eligible value of new bookings as a monetary credit. This credit can be applied toward future journeys, providing a tangible savings benefit and encouraging repeat travel across Scenic and Emerald itineraries.

Beyond financial rewards, members gain access to exclusive perks that vary by tier. Benefits may include early access to pre-release itineraries, invitations to private events, priority onboard services and select travel enhancements such as private transfers or airport hotel stays on qualifying sailings. Longer journeys may also include complimentary accommodations.

Founder and Chairman Glen Moroney described the integrated loyalty platform as a significant step forward in recognizing guest loyalty. He emphasized that the group’s global footprint—spanning luxury ocean cruises, river voyages and escorted land journeys across seven continents and more than 100 countries—creates unique earning and redemption opportunities within a single program.

By unifying its loyalty offerings, Scenic Group aims to strengthen guest retention and cross-brand engagement, positioning Scenic & Emerald Rewards as a comprehensive benefits platform for travelers exploring diverse luxury cruise and land experiences worldwide.
