Hyatt Inclusive Collection Grows AAA Diamond Resorts

Hyatt Inclusive Collection is expanding its portfolio of AAA Diamond-designated properties in 2025, with two resorts earning the prestigious AAA Five Diamond rating and five additional resorts securing AAA Four Diamond recognition. The latest accolades bring the company’s total number of AAA-designated resorts to 55, reinforcing its position in the luxury all-inclusive segment.
In 2025, Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets and Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres achieved AAA Five Diamond status, one of the highest honors in the hospitality industry. The designation reflects exceptional service, upscale accommodations and a consistently refined guest experience.
Five additional properties maintained their AAA Five Diamond status this year: Impression Moxché by Secrets, Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa, Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya, Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun and Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen. Retaining the Five Diamond rating signals continued excellence across service standards, culinary offerings and overall resort quality.
Hyatt Inclusive Collection also strengthened its Four Diamond portfolio in 2025. Newly recognized AAA Four Diamond resorts include Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya, Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa, Dreams Estrella del Mar Mazatlán Golf & Spa Resort, Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana and Dreams Puerto Morelos. The Four Diamond designation highlights upscale amenities, thoughtful design and attentive hospitality that exceed standard expectations.
The AAA Diamond program, which has provided travel guidance for more than 80 years, evaluates hotels and resorts through unannounced inspections conducted by professionally trained experts. Properties are assessed on cleanliness, condition and overall service quality to ensure they meet the expectations of AAA members and travelers seeking trusted recommendations.
For Hyatt Inclusive Collection, the growing number of AAA Diamond awards underscores its strategy of delivering high-end, all-inclusive experiences across Mexico, the Caribbean and other key leisure destinations. As travelers increasingly prioritize quality assurance and brand reliability when booking luxury vacations, third-party designations such as AAA Five Diamond and AAA Four Diamond serve as powerful indicators of consistent performance.
With 55 AAA-designated resorts now in its portfolio, Hyatt Inclusive Collection continues to expand its footprint in the premium all-inclusive market while reinforcing its commitment to elevated guest experiences and recognized hospitality excellence.
