A4A forum focuses on aircraft testing technology

The Airlines for America Nondestructive Testing Forum convened last month for the first time since 2019, gathering equipment designers, technicians, regulators and manufacturers to discuss developments in technology that aims to detect aircraft defects before they cause problems. Engineers demonstrated how magnetic probes and low-voltage eddy currents can be used to find defects like cracks.
