A4A joins coalition urging safe reopening of US-UK travel

Airlines for America joined other travel industry organizations in calling on the federal government to develop a “risk-based data-driven” plan to reopen international travel between the US and the UK. In a letter to President Joe Biden and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, the travel coalition suggested that their planned meeting in June “would be an ideal opportunity for a joint announcement of the full reopening of the U.S.-UK air travel market for both U.S. and UK citizens.”
