AF Academy Visitor’s Center with hotel nears reality

A nonprofit hotel and conference center will be part of a new Air Force Academy Visitor’s Center in Colorado Springs that is expected to see groundbreaking this summer after delays caused by the pandemic and rising construction costs. The hotel will be built and owned by Louisiana-based Provident Resources Group, which develops projects with tax-exempt bonds that serve a public benefit and boost local tax revenues across the US.
