Air Canada celebrates history of innovation

Highlighting its aviation innovation achievements, Air Canada has listed its contributions on its website. The carrier helped develop the “black box” aircraft flight recorder, pioneered two de-icing systems, was one of the first airlines to install oxygen systems on aircraft and offered the first non-smoking flights between North America and Europe.
