Air travel again breaks post-pandemic travel record

The Transportation Security Administration reported a new post-pandemic record June 27, when it screened 2,167,380 people at checkpoints, and the July 4th weekend is expected to see even higher volume. The AAA predicts that as many as 3.5 million passengers will travel through US airports during the upcoming holiday weekend.
