Airlines lauded for LGBTQ nondiscrimination policies

Southwest, American and United Airlines, as well as UPS, were among the 767 companies that earned a top score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign’s 2021 Corporate Equality Index. Alaska, Delta, JetBlue, Hawaiian and FedEx also received high scores on the index. The organization surveys policies supporting LGBTQ employees, such as nondiscrimination pledges and benefits for domestic partners.
