Alaska Airlines builds future fleet order

Alaska Airlines is exercising all options on large Boeing 737 aircraft, adding Max 8 and Max 10s to its earlier order of the 737 Max 9. The carrier is adding a total of 145 Max aircraft to its fleet and the mix of aircraft will allow the airline to fly bigger and smaller passenger jets featuring between 163 to 189 seats onboard.
