Alaska Airlines will begin providing nonstop daily service between Everett, Wash. and Anchorage on Nov. 30. With this new route, Anchorage will become the farthest destination and longest flight the carrier serves from Everett. “There’s a significant need and demand to connect workers and businesses in the two regions — from the fishing industry to aviation — in addition to the desire for leisure travel,” said Brett Catlin, vice president of network and alliances for Alaska Airlines.
