Albertsons leader discusses diversity awareness

Albertsons is seeing results from an initiative that involves two-hour sessions with 25 to 30 employees and a facilitator discussing the grocer’s drive toward more diversity, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer Jonathan Mayes said. The “Leading With Inclusion” programs, part of an overall push by the company for a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace, focus on five key points and end by asking participants what they will do to advance social justice and bring about positive change.
