American CEO: Business travel will “coexist” with Zoom

American Airlines CEO Doug Parker predicted that business travel will “coexist” with alternatives such as Zoom meetings, as “people will connect who wouldn’t do otherwise” and will want to follow that up in person. American hopes to prod the recovery of business travel by offering free COVID-19 testing.
