American CEO: Rockets, private jets should pay up

Private jet operators and companies launching rockets and satellites need to contribute to paying for the nation’s air traffic control system, says American Airlines CEO Robert Isom. “We also have a lot of general type flight traffic, a lot more corporate traffic, and we have to mix all of that in with the advancements in drones,” Isom said.
