American generated cash for the first time in 15 months

American Airlines reported positive cash flow in May, taking in more than it spent for the first time since the pandemic began. Even with the encouraging signs of domestic and leisure travel recovering, “we’re going to need international traffic, we’re going to need business demand back,” American Airlines President Robert Isom said.
