American joins WebCargo booking platform

American Airlines Cargo has joined the WebCargo booking portal and freight customers will be able to use it for flights in parts of Europe and North America in the first half of this year before expanding. “Over the last two years, e-commerce volume has surged and demand for global freight has increased” and American “has continued to adapt and innovate in order to deliver excellent customer service,” said Jessica Tyler, president of American Airlines Cargo.
