American mechanic celebrates 80th anniversary at airline

Al Blackman, a mechanic who is American Airlines’ most senior employee, is celebrating his 80th year with the airline. The New York City native is 96 years old and holds the Guinness World Record for having the longest career as an airline mechanic.
