American shares about inclusivity and equality efforts

American Airlines shared an article written by MIA Control Center Manager, Brittney Portes, who detailed the efforts she and her colleagues have taken on within the local community to foster inclusivity and equity, including working with local charities to help underserved community members and providing census and voter registration information. Portes and her colleagues will also focus on building a talent pipeline with Florida Memorial University, the only historically Black college in the US with an accredited aviation program.
