Apple Hospitality REIT buys 3 hotels for $126M

Apple Hospitality REIT has acquired a three-asset portfolio for $126 million. Two of the hotels are located in Fort Worth, Texas, and one in Portland, Ore., bringing the REIT’s portfolio to 219 hotels in 36 states.
