Asset-light hotel chains revive dividend payments

Travel is back and so are dividends for shareholders of asset-light hospitality companies that halted them during the pandemic. Hilton Worldwide and Marriott International announced plans this month to resume paying quarterly dividends, following similar moves by Choice Hotels International and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
