Athens airport gets first place for customer experience

Once again, as voted by passengers, the Athens airport went to the top of the very competitive 25-40 million pax category in the framework of the world-established ACI-ASQ awards.

This is really great news for us: Since the airport’s opening, we measure customer satisfaction systematically and have always scored very high among our European counterparts. However, the 2022 – 1st place award is a very important distinction on behalf of our passengers, as it rewards our investments, innovation programmes, and efforts during a very difficult recovery year!

Aiming at always improving the airport / travel experience, we shall continue, with the same spirit to try to offer the best experience to our everyday passengers and visitors.
