Atlanta airport displays showcase civil rights history

Exhibits at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport tell the story of the civil rights movement with artifacts and recordings. The displays represent “a unique opportunity that not even the greatest museums in the world enjoy: the ability to reach an audience… that does not intentionally seek out such experiences,” said Benjamin Austin, the airport’s senior art program manager.
