Atlanta restaurant reinvents retro supper club standbys

At The Betty in Atlanta’s new Kimpton Sylvan Hotel, executive chef Brandon Chavannes serves a menu inspired by the supper clubs of the 1950s, with some modern upgrades. The menu includes updated takes on such classics as shrimp cocktail, served with lime-pickle cocktail sauce, and beef stroganoff made with wagyu beef.
