Aunt Jemima becomes the Pearl Milling Company

Aunt Jemima has rebranded as the Pearl Milling Company with new packaging to hit stores in June, and the brand is pledging $1 million to “empower and uplift Black girls and women” via a grant initiative. Parent company Quaker stated it collaborated with “consumers, employees, external cultural and subject matter experts and diverse agency partners to … ensure the new brand was developed with inclusivity in mind.”
