Avmax appoints Steve Hankirk as CEO and Scott Greig as SVP and Head of Avmax Aircraft Leasing Inc

Avmax has announced that it has appointed Steve Hankirk as Chief Executive Officer and Scott Greig as Senior Vice President and Head of Avmax Aircraft Leasing Inc (AALI).

Formerly Avmax President, Hankirk has been appointed Avmax CEO and is excited about his new position and its responsibilities – and very optimistic about the future of the company.

He said: “Avmax is a company that has diversified revenue streams, a strong customer base, a good financial position and the full backing and support of its shareholders.”

Scott Greig has accepted the position of Senior Vice President and Head of AALI.

He brings with him over 20 years of aviation experience and has held multiple senior management roles for several major aviation companies including Bombardier Commercial Aircraft and HBOS PLC.

Grieg has served as AALI’s Head of Sales for the past two and a half years.

An Avmax spokesperson said: “Scott’s experience with aircraft financings, leases, trades and sales, as well as the relationships he has established with Avmax customers, makes him an invaluable part of the Avmax management team and the best choice for this new position.”
