Nintendo’s former headquarters in Kyoto Japan, dating to 1933 and vacant since 1959, is being repurposed as a hotel with a debut scheduled for April 1. The 18-room Marufukuro hotel preserves much of the historic structure’s original features under the aegis of noted architect Tadao Ando.
