Branson-owned private island can host 40 guests

Moskito Beach, which was acquired by Richard Branson in 2007, in the British Virgin Islands will debut two estates: The Point Estate and the Oasis Estate. The Oasis Estate can accommodate 18 guests and the Point Estate can accommodate 22 guests.
