Business travel recovery expected by 2025

A complete recovery of business travel is not expected until 2025, although industry spending this year is projected to be up 21% this year as compared to 2020, according to the Global Business Travel Association’s BTI Outlook. “The continued rollout of the vaccine will be central to recovery globally, as will decisions the new Biden Administration makes regarding global trade and border and quarantine policies,” Dave Hilfman, GBTA’s interim executive director, said in a statement.
