Business travel shrinks in the Carolinas, report says

Business travel to North Carolina and South Carolina this year is expected to decline 61% and 48%, respectively, from 2019 levels, according to the American Hotel & Lodging Association and Kalibri Labs. Charlotte would be especially hit if the projections hold up, with hotel revenue down almost 75% from 2019.
