Business travelers anxious to get back on the road

A year after business travel went on hiatus amid the pandemic, a number of frequent travelers are growing nostalgic for the perks of business trips, ranging from late-night room service to the chance to catch up on their favorite TV shows. “The moment can’t come soon enough to actually hit the road again,” said Michael Jacobson, president and CEO of the Illinois Hotel & Lodging Association.
