Calif. bill would return former Black resort to family

State Sen. Steven Bradford, D-Gardena, says his bill would correct a “gross injustice” that occurred when the county seized the property of Charles and Willa Bruce under eminent domain after the couple had suffered years of racist harassment from white neighbors.
