Calif. hotel trading remains brisk despite slide

Hotel transactions in California slowed in the first six months of this year after a record 2021 pace, according to Atlas Hospitality Group. But while the number of sales fell 9.9% and dollar volume 33.6%, the results still were the second highest and third highest recorded, respectively, an Atlas executive noted.
