Chrono Aviation B737-800(SF)

Chrono Aviation (NDL, Québec) began B737-800(SF) operations on February 15, 2022, when C-GVZB (msn 32799) operated its first flight from its base at Winnipeg Int’l to Iqaluit, slightly behind the original January 2022 schedule.

The converted freighter is dry-leased from Kelowna Flightcraft (KW, Kelowna) but operated by Chrono Aviation’s technical subsidiary, Chrono Jet (MBK, Québec).

The 18-year-old ex-Miami Air International (LL, Miami Int’l) jet is the first of two B737-800(SF)s that Chrono Aviation plans to induct this year. The other, C-GCAI (msn 30478), was registered by the airline in November 2021 but has yet to undergo P2F conversion. It remains in storage at Blytheville airport, the ch-aviation fleets advanced module shows.

Chrono Aviation and Chrono Jet also operate seven PC-12s, one DHC-8-100, two B737-200s, one B737-200(C), and two Beech 1900Ds.
