Cargo carriers offer shipping tips ahead of holidays

Ahead of what cargo carriers anticipate will be a record-setting holiday season, FedEx spokesperson Jenny Robertson offered tips for holiday shoppers to manage deliveries and deadlines so gifts this year arrive on time. To receive packages before Christmas, customers shipping with FedEx have until Dec. 21 to Christmas Eve, depending on the express option. UPS recommends domestic customers ship no later than between Dec. 21 and 23 for arrival before Christmas.
