Carnival Cruise Line is introducing a series of enhancements to its travel advisor booking platform, GoCCL Navigator, aimed at improving efficiency and the overall booking experience. The updates, unveiled today, are designed to streamline the cruise booking process through a user-friendly interface and additional functionalities that assist travel advisors in serving their clients more effectively.

The refreshed GoCCL Navigator now features a sleek new design, making it easier for travel advisors to search, view, and compare cruise offers. Enhancements include visual cues such as red tags that highlight special VIFP offers available to clients, assisting advisors in quickly identifying the best deals.

Furthermore, the platform now supports the booking of accessible staterooms online, an update that enhances service for clients with specific needs and demonstrates Carnival’s commitment to accessibility and convenience.

Adolfo Perez, Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Trade Marketing at Carnival Cruise Line, emphasized the importance of feedback from the travel advisor community in shaping these enhancements. “We deeply value our travel advisor community, whose expertise and passion are an integral part of our success,” Perez stated. “The latest updates on GoCCL.com are based directly on advisors’ feedback and make it easier than ever to match clients’ needs with the perfect Carnival cruise to deliver exceptional service, all while saving valuable time by doing it quickly online.”

These updates are being implemented this week, ensuring that travel advisors can take advantage of the improved features immediately. This initiative is part of Carnival Cruise Line’s ongoing efforts to support and empower travel professionals, providing them with the tools they need to succeed in today’s competitive travel industry.
