CEO: Apple Hospitality REIT exploring hotel deals

Apple Hospitality REIT bought eight hotels in deals worth a total of $361 million last year, and it sold 23 hotels in deals totaling $235 million. “We are exploring opportunities both as buyers and potential sellers of assets, though we expect this year that we will be net acquirers, looking at our transaction activity in total,” said CEO Justin Knight.
