Concerns hit Tulsa, Okla., hotels-for-homeless effort

City officials in Tulsa, Okla., may impose tighter scrutiny over contracts with a Homeless to Housing program in which nonprofits placed homeless people in hotels. Former employees of the Housing Solutions organizations recently told a newspaper the program was beset with poor management and failure to meet goals of permanent housing.
