Cost hits $370M for Four Seasons in Jacksonville, Fla.

The estimated cost of a Four Seasons hotel development planned by pro football team owner Shad Khan on the Jacksonsville, Fla., riverfront has risen to $370 from last year’s figure of $301 million. The projected opening date has been extended as well, and Khan is expected to seek an increase in property tax rebates, now capped at $47.7 million.
