Construction of the Queen’s Wharf resort in Brisbane, Australia, is costing about 10% more than its originally budgeted $1.82 billion and will open later than planned, part owner Star Entertainment Group Ltd. says. The company adds that its Australian casinos all are performing above 2019 levels.
