Critical ISPA research releasing this month

This month, the full 2021 ISPA U.S. Spa Industry Study will be released to ISPA members. Since being cut short in 2020 due to COVID-19, this will be the first full ISPA U.S. Spa Industry Study report released since 2019. The ISPA Team worked extensively with renowned research organization PricewaterhouseCoopers to craft a survey that comprehensively addressed the issues brought on by the pandemic in an effort to make it as relevant and useful as possible for members who depend on ISPA for critical data points.
