A growing number of companies are functioning as “Airbnb hotel” hybrids, combining short-, medium- and longterm rentals in hotel buildings with Airbnb handling the bookings. Airbnb itself is working with developers for some of the structures, whose operations may face regulatory measures as the short-term rental business has.
